Unwind is a weekly meditation and sound bath circle designed to help your nervous system settle after a busy week and create space for deep rest before the week ahead.
Through guided meditation and restorative sound, you will be invited into a calm inner landscape where the mind can soften, and the body can fully relax.
Each gathering offers a gentle, welcoming space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and share quiet presence in community.
What to Expect
Each session includes:
• A reflective meditation designed to help you relax, release tension, and reconnect with your inner awareness.
• A soothing sound experience using Tibetan bowls, drums, chimes, rattles and other instruments to support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation.
Participants typically spend much of the session lying down comfortably, allowing the body and mind to fully unwind.
Who This Is For
This circle is open to everyone, especially those curious about meditation, hypnotherapy, or sound healing.
It may be especially supportive for those who are:
• Looking for a space to slow down and reset
• Wanting to deepen their meditation practice
