Return to Center: A Recovery Focused Sound Healing Meditation

Facilitated by Faith Summers
$28 or 2 credits

Recovery is more than abstaining from what harms us — it an ongoing process of learning how to return to ourselves with honesty, compassion, and care.

Return to Center is a recovery-focused meditation and sound healing circle created to support emotional grounding, nervous system regulation, and meaningful connection in community.

Each gathering offers a gentle space to slow down, soften, and reconnect after the intensity of everyday life. Together, we explore recovery-centered themes such as self-compassion, emotional regulation, surrender, shame, grief, boundaries, forgiveness, stress, identity, and learning how to feel safe within ourselves again.

Through guided meditation and restorative sound, participants are invited into deep rest and reflection while being held in a supportive, sober-friendly environment.

Following the sound bath, there will be a sharing circle for those who wish to reflect, connect, or simply be witnessed in community. (sharing is optional!)

What to Expect

Each session includes:

• A recovery-focused guided meditation and reflection

• A restorative sound bath using Crystal and tibetan sound bowls, drums, chimes, rattles, and other healing instruments

• Space for nervous system regulation, grounding, and deep rest

• An optional sharing and connection circle following the sound bath

Participants typically spend much of the session lying down comfortably, allowing the body and mind to fully unwind.

Who This Is For

This circle is open to those navigating recovery of all kinds, including addiction recovery, emotional healing, burnout, grief, trauma recovery, or anyone seeking healthier ways to cope, connect, and care for themselves.

No experience with meditation or sound healing is needed.
Come exactly as you are, and leave feeling a bit more peaceful and centered.
