Monthly Cacao Circle
Facilitated by Stacey Barclay
Gathering together for this circle invites the spirit of cacao to guide us inwards. From this sacred space, we sip cacao, share wisdom, explore sound healing + meditation, connect to our creativity & receive clarity + healing. These circles are held once a month as an opportunity to gather in community.

What Is Cacao?
Cacao is a minimally processed form of chocolate
It is made from whole cacao beans and often prepared as a warm drink.
Cacao naturally contains compounds that may gently support:
• mood
• focus
• circulation
• a sense of wellbeing
Honouring cacao means respecting the land, cultures, traditions and people connected to this plant.
Over the past several years I’ve travelled to cacao-growing regions including: Peru, Costa Rica, Guatemala & Mexico
Building relationships with farmers and learning about the growing and harvesting process.
Supporting small producers and honouring the cultures connected to cacao are essential values in the way I share this plant in circle.
At its heart, cacao is simply a warm cup shared in intentional space an invitation to slow down, reflect, and connect.
